Uncle Chilli specialises in a style of Chinese cuisine originating from the Sichuan province in southwestern China. The wonderfully bold flavours, pungency and spiciness comes from our liberal use of garlic and chilli peppers. In addition to the aromatic Sichuan pepper, our cooking is characterised by a unique combination of peanuts, sesame paste, and ginger. You’ll love it.
